CABERNET SAUVIGNON
What does a smooth, full-bodied Cabernet have in common with the elusive Sasquatch? Well, they both totally exist. But unlike folklore’s favorite undisputed hide and seek champion, our Hoax Cabernet Sauvignon isn’t shy at all. Consider it the missing link between complex and completely accessible, only it will gladly pose for a clear, non-grainy picture any day.
PINOT GRIGIO
Much like the siren song of the fabled deep sea seductress, you’ll surely find Hoax Pinot Grigio to be… intoxicating on many levels. While this magical vintage may not give you the mermaid ability of telepathy, it will make your drunk uncle’s “when I was your age” speeches easier to stomach at family dinners.
CHARDONNAY
Though it was only bottled in 2019, our Chardonnay is already gaining praise of mythical proportions. If you believe a Chardonnay can only be crisp, balanced AND buttery when horses fly… you’re in the right place.
PINOT NOIR
Watch out for pigs flying overhead, because something actually good happened in 2020. While most folks spent that year searching for toilet paper, practicing home haircuts and baking sourdough bread, we used all that free time to perfect our 2020 Pinot Noir.

In California’s Monterey Wine Country, the conditions are perfect for a Hoax to grow. The warm sun, cool winds and rich soils of the Salinas Valley provide an ideal environment for grapes to flourish. It’s a geographical paradise for vineyards, rivaling the Bordeaux and Burgundy regions of France, where the improbable concept of American wines evolved from a light-bulb idea into a thriving, delicious art form. But does the world really need yet another California wine? And isn’t society already overcrowded with indecipherable facts and fake news? Yes and yes. If we’ve learned anything over the past few years, it’s that the need for delicious wines has never been more important. And just about anyone will fall for a Hoax these days.
